

Objectives of the HRMD plan
The HRMD Plan is formulated to serve the following purposes and objectives:

To enhance the skills and capacities of the human capital of the Local Government Unit of Camalaniugan - officials, department heads, and rank-and-file employees in order to carry out targets of development plans and program to achieve the vision and mission of the Municipality.
2.To further manage human resources towards productive contributions to vision achievement and efficient service delivery.
3.To sharpen the recruitment, promotion, retention, personnel relations, rewards and incentives as well as succession planning and retirement practices and policies beneficial to both individual employees and to the LGU Camalaniugan as a whole.

USERS OF THE PLAN
The users of the plan include the following:

LGU officials, department heads and rank-and-file employees of the Municipality shall use the Plan as their guide in implementing human resource management and development activities to support the successful achievement of the local government’s development agenda; and

Funding institutions that may use the Plan as their guide in determining support and technical assistance to respond to the human resource needs and requirements of the Local Government Unit of Camalaniugan towards the achievement of its reform agenda.
