Firmness and unity for the socio-economic upliftment of the Municipality through:

• Promotion of solidarity and consolidation among our people both from the government, the private sectors, and religious and civic groups;

 

• Enhancement of the progress and prosperity of Camalaniugan by formulating integrated economic, social, physical and other development policies and provision of requisite support infrastructures;

 

• Empowerment of the communities through committed and disciplined efforts of the people and sustained human resource development programs to make the town stronger and more productive;

 

• Development of the town as a primary agricultural center for staple and high value crops and raw materials provider for food processor and integrators based at the Cagayan Special Economic Zone and the center point of consumer trade and commerce in the 1st District of Cagayan;

 

• Judicious protection and conservation of our natural resources to encourage development of community-based alternative on-farm and off-farm livelihood industries on crops, livestock and fisheries through partnership endeavors between the LGU and NGO/Pos; and

 

• Involvement of every citizen to help in crime prevention through collective efforts with the Barangay Councils and the PNP.
